I brought my 5yr old twins in for the first time and everyone that helped us, were just absolutely amazing. They made my boys feel so comfortable and were so patient with them. Even during a filling, they were able to keep my son in good spirits and not scared!

We are extremely impressed with the entire staff at North Pointe. Everyone is professional, extremely kind, caring. The service is like walking into a 5 star hotel. Everyone seems to genuinely care about you and your health care.

I have been going to NorthPointe Family Dental for years now and every time I go I'm never disappointed. If your need of a new dental center please don't hesitate to contact them, trust me your not going to be disappointed. 1000% recommend for anyone in the West Michigan area.

Very accommodating, they got me in as soon as they had an early opening!! Very polite and professional staff! Wonderful atmosphere and informative care! Took my insurance without any issues! My husband needs a lot of work including several implants, after my experience I had him switch his care over to Northpointe!

The staff is very nice. I received the best cleaning I have had in a long time from Marcy. I liked it so much I moved all of my kids to this office as well. My toddler had his first ever cleaning and everyone was so helpful and nice. I highly reccommend!
